This CPA Ontario course will examine current research to better understand psychological safety for organizations and teams.
Participants will learn how psychological safety improves organizational performance, creativity and workplace happiness. The video learning course will discuss potential threats to psychological safety within organizations including new leadership, strategy changes and external situations like COVID-19. Methods to assess and improve psychological safety for both organizations and teams will also be covered.
